Adult, School and Children's Workshops
Caroline is the Education Officer at Walford Mill Crafts, an Education Charity funded by the Arts Council that has recently received National Portfolio Status. She has been teaching craft workshops for children since 2006, and more recently expanded in to adult classes. She now teaches colouring aluminium to create jewellery and other items including sculptural forms and swarms of butterflies. She also does regular outreach work in schools and with a selection of different organisations, particularly those focused on promoting wildlife.
During Pride in Bournemouth Caroline worked with young carers to create 'Leido', a glossy yellow lion with over 120 butterflies of varying species. She has also created these insect swarms in public spaces and schools.
Please enquire if you would like to book Caroline to lead a workshop or Arts Project she is always happy to discuss new ideas. Caroline will run workshops privately for all ages, small groups, individuals, other organisations and birthday parties. Please contact her for further details.
