Make 52
A year long project for 2011 inspired by the film Julie And Julia. To raise valuable funds for the charity I work for as an Arts Education Officer, Walford Mill Crafts. I will be creating a piece of artwork every week for the entire year '52 projects in 52 weeks'.
Each piece will be inspired by a different artist and on completion will be displayed at Walford Mill Crafts in Wimborne, Dorset. The project will be accompanied by a blog, featuring photos of the completed pieces.
An exhibition of the work, as well as items from some of the artists that inspired me will be on show at Walford Mill Crafts from 21 April to 10 June 2012. The exhibition will help raise money for the Bridge Project. There will also be a book to accompany the show and a series of demonstrations in the gallery.
